I would like to have a rain water butt on my blacony (this is the only place i can put it as i live on the third floor in a block of flats). I’ve looked in to the options available but they all seem HUGE and my balcony isnt that big- i also like to use my blacony on sunny/dry days. Does anyone have recommendations where i might find a smaller one or the best way i could DIY one together?

Water is very heavy,10lb gallon or 1kg a ltr in modern money so your balcony would have to be very strong for a start to carry much.There are water butts that fit flat on the wall with the drainpipe going through them to save space,they are expensive though.Second hand maybe?
